This Abraham Lincoln quote tells we can achieve any goal if we pursue it with unwavering focus. Even if you don’t achieve your ultimate goal, you’ll gain something from your pursuit. That could be wonderful life experiences or just you becoming a better person.
If you have a fitness goal in mind, now is the time to move towards it. You have plenty to gain just by pursuing your goals and aspirations. Forget about what you don’t like about your body or what challenges you might face. Focus solely on your goal and take some action every day to move closer to it. That action can be as minor as doing ten extra pushups or eating one less spoon. Every small action will lead you closer to your goal. You reap what you sow.
